What do you need to develop HTML pages?
Text Editor such as WORD, WORDPERFECT, NOTEPAD, SYSTEM Editor, etc. or,
you can spend $$$ for Web authoring Tools - FrontPage, HOTDOG, Hippie, etc.
A Web Browser - Netscape, Internet Explorer, Mosaic, etc.
I thought you needed an Online Service Company?
Do not need AOL, COMPUSERVE or others to create Web Pages!
You can create and publish on your own PC or Internal Office LAN !
If you want the WWW community to see your stuff, then you need an On Line
service provider with WEB hosting ability (AOL, Prodigy, etc.)
Select carefully - Once Published difficult to let visitors know
you have moved, should you decide on another provider.
