architecture strategy by understanding current environments, developing new environment targets and
developing migration plans. Ensures appropriate and timely training for all team members. Ensures that the
proper technologies/tools, standard methodologies and processes are available for employees to do their job
efficiently. Keep current in trends and direction of technology and product usage/support, including business
competitors and technology vendors. Select/Deselect standard technical hardware/software products in
alignment with USQA and Aetna's architecture standards through delivery of cost benefit analysis and product
evaluations.

What's required?

Manager of Customer Segmentation & Analysis will be part of a team responsible for quantitative
analysis of the client base. Responsibilities will include: application of analytical techniques to

The School of Social Work, University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill (Jordan Institute for Families), is currently accepting
applications for the position of Information Specialist, Clinical
Instructor/EPA faculty. This faculty position is a fixed-term
position and is contingent on the continuing availability of
funds.
The Information Specialist/Clinical Instructor will be primarily
responsible for working within a team environment to create,
develop, and maintain longitudinal and educational and training
databases. In some instances, these databases will be built from
periodic extracts from legacy systems. The Information Specialist
will construct these databases using PC desktop tools such as
Microsoft Access, SAS, and SPSS or in relational environments
such as SQL Server or Oracle.
The Information Specialist will use tools such as SPSS and SAS to
analyze information in the database and to develop datamarts or
file extraction procedures, so the data may be used by other
researchers on campus and across the state. Knowledge and
experience in quantitative analysis of longitudinal data, and
data warehousing using SAS, and procedures for instrument
development are preferred. The Information Specialist may have
teaching opportunities in the School's MSW program.
Minimum qualifications include a Master's Degree (Ph.D.
preferred) in computer science, education, social work or other
related field with a minimum of three years experience developing
and maintaining longitudinal files using SPSS, SAS, and a
familiarity with SQL. Preference will be given to candidates who
have knowledge of policy analysis, longitudinal data analysis
(especially survival analysis), and psychometrics. Experience
conducting informational needs assessments and work in a "help
