Requires:

related discipline; Masters Degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to apply advanced quantitative and analytical techniques using SAS and other
software tools is a must.
Knowledge of sales organizations, data and decision support systems is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in the manipulation of large databases and the application of statistical algorithms to
this data is desirable.

Establish specifications for Operations.

all personnel matters for staff.
Requires:
4+ years proven management experience in a large corporate environment.
3 years installment loan experience, financial industry experience required.
BA/BS degree, advanced degree preferred.
Experience using SAS.
