Requirements:

Ideal candidates should have advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Operation Research, Engineering, or Business Administration; a minimum of two years of industry experience in database marketing, list and campaign management and/or marketing analysis. The candidate must have strong SAS or SQL programming skills, with experiences and knowledge of the campaign processes, test-control design and back-end tracking.   • BS or BA degree with business coursework is required. MBA is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel, and SQL is required. Proficiency in SAS, Access and OLAP reporting tools in a data warehouse environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving and a natural interest in understanding and explaining consumer behavior.
