We are looking for a SAS Consultant to fill a 3-month (plus possible re-evaluation)
contract in Minneapolis for one of the nation’s largest retailers.
Responsibilities:
Work in a team environment to validate an estimated gain for the business team and mitigate the
capital risk to the enterprise associated with the implementation of new strategic ideas,
initiatives or concepts. Partner with multiple business leaders to design a consistent testing
framework, select sample test and control stores, and provide objective, consistent evaluation
of the tests’ performance. You will also provide ad-hoc analysis for event-based triggers.
Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and interpretation
* Advanced knowledge of marketing and financial concepts
* Advanced knowledge of analytical software: SAS, Excel, & Access
* Above average retail and general business acumen
* Above average aptitude for self-management and self-directed problem solving
